Lenny Hochberg is currently writing a book on the Law of Criminal Organizations in Canada. He has been interviewed extensively on issues related to criminal law and has appeared as a guest on numerous television and radio news shows. Lenny is a member of the Criminal Lawyers Association, the Advocates Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association. His practice is focused on Criminal defence litigation and quasi-criminal law.
Lenny was called to the Bar in 1994 and has appeared at every level of Court in Ontario. He is the lawyer of choice for many people who find themselves in unenviable circumstances. He is known to devote himself to the service of his clients and command positive results.

Monte was raised in Belleville, Ontario. He attended law school at the University of Ottawa and went on to article and junior at Gowlings one of Canada's leading diversified law firms. While at Gowllings he gained valuable experience in corporate securities and commercial law. Eventually, after resigning from Gowlings he began to practice Criminal Defence law in Ottawa under very prominent Counsel. In April 2006 he and his wife settled in Toronto.
Monte has personally handled clients who have been charged with serious indictable and summary conviction offences. When accused or charged with crimes such as Drug Trafficking, Impaired driving, sexual assault, and fraud, no one possesses more motivation than Monte MacGregor. The personal dedication to his clients and attention to detail is what gives Monte’s clients the upper hand.

Jaron received his HBA from University of Toronto and his law degree at the University of Leicester, U.K. His strong work ethic, combined with common sense and an international perspective makes him a valuable asset to our defense practice.

Anthony's practice is restricted to research and writing. He graduated from York University with a degree in psychology and received his law degree from the University of London, UK. He is a member of the review committee for the Association in Defence of the Wrongly Convicted and regularly assists on high profile reviews of homicide cases. Anthony is a case editor with Canada Law Book and is co-writing a book on the law of criminal organizations in Canada.
