Q. How will a criminal record affect me?
A criminal record creates a stigma, which can be long lasting and detrimental to you. You may be barred from entering some countries. It is getting more difficult to enter the United States if you have a criminal record. If you are not a Canadian Citizen your immigration status may be jeopardized. Potential employers may elect not to hire you if they know you have a criminal record. Also, you may not be accepted into some professional bodies, educational programs or social organizations. It is always beneficial to avoid being saddled with a criminal record.

Q. Can I afford your fees?
I am able to work with clients to achieve a payment plan that is comfortable for them. I can charge hourly or in a block fee. I accept payment by the traditional methods and all major credit cards.
